2017 Customer Conference

The 2017 ACS Customer Conference will be held at the Hilton Atlanta Northeast, May 7-11, 2017. This is a venue that will be familiar to some of you - located about 3 miles from our office in Norcross. We are very excited to be returning to this newly renovated venue, and hope you will join us for our 39th Customer Conference!

 
Education
Included in your registration fee, you will be able to attend a variety of workshops, designed to build your technical skills, enhance your knowledge of the products you already have, and explore the possibilities for improvement in your day–to–day operations. Led by the same team of experts that teach our training classes throughout the year, you will be able to choose a total of three 4-hour workshops. 
 
Benefits
The Customer Conference provides you with a number of benefits. In addition to the information you absorb by attending the workshops, you will receive the materials from all of the workshops on a conference USB drive. So, you’ll be able to take the information you learn in the workshops back to your office and have a workshop for your co–workers. At the Vendor Showcase, you can talk with a number of vendors about products and services that are of interest to you.
And the networking opportunities are outstanding—you’ll have a chance to talk to industry experts and to other users who share challenges, as well as daily tips and tricks. 
 
The program
This jam-packed conference begins with a welcome reception Sunday evening, and continues until lunchtime on Thursday. Here’s a brief schedule of events:

    • Reception/registration (6-7:30 PM)
  • Monday
    • Registration; presentations; workshops; User Meeting; evening out!
  • Tuesday
    • Presentations, workshops; free evening
  • Wednesday
    • Presentations; workshops; Vendor Showcase
  • Thursday
    • Wrap-up; workshops (ending by 12:30)
